The Way You Move

You’ve Heard ‘Despacito.’ Now Watch Dancers Throw Down To The Sizzling Latin Track Featuring Justin Bieber.

Leo Costa's choreography will get you out of your seat.

If you've been living under a rock, you may not have heard the song Despacito by Luis Fonsi featuring Daddy Yankee. The reggaeton track dropped earlier this year and then got a remix with Justin Bieber, which catapulted the song into orbit. The Bieb's fans that may not have been familiar with the reggaeton genre were quickly attracted to the rhythm, even if they don't understand the words.

But dance is a universal language, yes?

If you're trying to get your Despacito groove on, turn your attention to these dancers laying it down to the hit being hailed as the song of 2017.

Trained by Brazilian choreographer Leonardo Costa — who racked up thousands of YouTube views for other dance videos for songs like Missy Elliott's "I'm Better" featuring Lamb, and Chris Porter's "The Water Dance" featuring Pitbull — the student dancers mimic his smooth moves and look like they're having a great time in the process.

The Way You Move celebrates dancing and choreography videos that showcase fancy footwork in genres as diverse as ballet, hip-hop, tap, ballroom, and more. Learn a new routine the first Thursday of each month, and throughout the calendar when you get the urge to move.
