Dirty Computer isn't just any ol' album, it's something Monáe is calling an "Emotion Picture." An Emotion Picture, the 32-year-old Moonlight and Hidden Figures star notes, is defined as "a narrative film and accompanying musical album." Basically, we're in for quite a treat.

First up is "Make Me Feel," which takes us back to the '80s in every way — from the fashion and the club setting to the vibrant colors and overall sexy groove. In the Alan Ferguson-directed clip, Monáe is seen dancing with a white electric guitar, strutting it out to the Prince-inspired tune, or getting close with co-star Tessa Thompson. Many fans are loving "Make Me Feel," and are calling both the song and accompanying visuals a bisexual anthem.

The second offering, "Django Jane," puts Monáe's fiery rapping skills on display with an unapologetic female power jam. The video, directed by Andrew Donoho and Chuck Lightning, certainly gives off a gritty vibe as Monáe spits lines in what a press release calls a "powerful Black girl magic manifesto" that "embraces contradictions as part of the beauty of individuality."
