Adele's song "When We Were Young" is emotional enough as it is. But when Dave Grohl and his daughter Violet, 12, perform it together, the song sparks a new level of feelings.

On Saturday, Grohl and his daughter sang at the Notes & Words concert, an event that benefits the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital. He and Violet took to the stage to perform their own acoustic rendition of "When We Were Young," with Violet singing and Grohl accompanying her on the guitar. Violet's voice is undoubtedly impressive as she hits Adele's notes beautifully.

In tweets following the event, it's clear that the performance captivated audiences everywhere:

Rolling Stone points out that Grohl has performed with his children in the past, noting a June 2017 show in which his then 8-year-old daughter Harper played the drums for the Foo Fighters while they performed Queen's classic, "We Will Rock You."
