What If 'The Simpsons' Were The Stars Of Your Favorite Films And TV Shows? This Twitter Account Makes That A Reality.

@SimpsonsFilms is blowing our minds.

There's no doubt that The Simpsons is deeply rooted in pop culture — after 30 years it'd be hard not to be — but one Twitter account is taking it to a whole new level. @SimpsonsFilms takes stills from the long-running show and expertly parodies your favorite films and TV shows.

We're not sure who's running this account, but they certainly deserve some major props for searching out images from this hit cartoon series and applying them to the perfect big-screen or small-screen equivalent. Since joining Twitter in October 2016, this account has tweeted just more than 300 times.

Throughout the feed, you can see references to films and TV shows from long ago up to ones that have come out in 2017. It's a great way to see the "what if" scenario of what these works would have looked like had they starred Springfield's memorable cast of characters.
