Her Late Husband Was A Dedicated 'Mets' Fan His Whole Life, But She Never Expected A Note Like This To Arrive By Mail

Kate's husband, Pete, and their child were life-long New York Mets fans. As a family, they always rooted for their beloved baseball team through the good times and the bad times.

Nine months ago, Pete passed away. Somehow, word of his passing reached the Mets organization. Terry Collins, the manager of the Mets, took time out of his busy schedule and wrote this personal note to Kate and her family.
