In Scotland, there is a cause-driven café chain called Social Bite that employs the homeless. The café has a pay-it-forward system where customers can pay in advance for a drink or food item, and a homeless person can come in at any time to claim the food.

In addition, all their proceeds are donated directly to charity, and even A-list celebrities have given the café support. According to the video above, the chain has been so successful that co-founder Josh Little John has plans to unveil the first-ever homeless village for up to 20 people.
