7 Surreal Tattoos That’ll Have Any Picasso Fan Itching To Get Inked

You won’t be able to look away.

Imagine if Pablo Picasso or Salvador Dalí were alive today, they might be using the human body as their canvas

If that idea sounds like fun, look no further than Italian tattoo artist Otto D'Ambra, who takes the ideas of surrealism seen in the artists' classic paintings to create some amazing body ink

Like Picasso, D'Ambra is radical in his approach to art. By combining various styles, shapes, and patterns, the owner of The White Elephant studio in London creates illusions through his thought-provoking illustrations.

D'Ambra's background in set design helped develop his distinguished creativity and excellent knowledge of all materials, according to his website

And, fascinated by the concept of body art, the 37-year-old took the skills he'd acquired through his studies at the Accademia di Brera in Milan in 2005 and expanded upon his work.

And aren't we so happy he did?
