Watch Neil deGrasse Tyson Dramatically Share Mind-Blowing Facts About The Universe

Wait ... what?!


Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson, the host of National Geographic's StarTalkknows a thing or two about the universe. Now, he's sharing his knowledge in a new video for Vanity Fair magazine, dishing out mind-blowing facts about the Earth, the moon, fire, and black holes, too.

For example, he begins by informing us that "there are more molecules in a cup of water than there are cups of water in all the world's ocean." 

Tyson also makes a Game of Thrones reference to talk about the nature of flames. He says: 

"It's kinda cool that in Game of Thrones we have two dragons with two different color breaths. Turns out astrophysically, [a] blue flame is at least three times hotter than [a] red flame."
