The #MyTipsForMentalHealth Hashtag Has Twitter Users Sharing How They Maintain Their Mental Health

Maintaining self-care and strong mental health are so important for our well-being. Sometimes, we can lose sight about how to do it or we can become too preoccupied with other things to realize the importance of looking after ourselves. Thankfully, there are a number of self-care tips to follow to help us lead the fullest, happiest lives.

The #MyTipsforMentalHealth hashtag was recently created by Twitter user and mental health advocate Amanda Stafford. She posted the hashtag on her Twitter, @ShutUpAmanda, on September 24, where it soon became a trending topic.

Inspired by Stafford, other Twitter users are sharing their own mental health tips.

The insightful tips range from tips on how to seek help, reassurance that mental health isn't anything to be embarrassed about, and they highlight the importance of taking action.
