'Love Actually' Mini-Sequel Features Happy Endings All Around, And Hugh Grant Dancing To Drake

All in support of Red Nose Day.

It's been well over a decade since Love Actually hit theaters and made us all laugh, cry, and generally feel all the feels, but fans were treated to a mini-sequel last night for NBC's Red Nose Day Special. This joyful moment may have only been a fraction of a regular film, but it gave us happy endings all around and some memorable moments that warmed our hearts.

The gang was mostly all there — cast members Rowan Atkinson, Marcus Brigstocke, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Colin Firth, Hugh Grant, Keira Knightley, Andrew Lincoln, Laura Linney, Martine McCutcheon, Lucia Moniz, Liam Neeson, Bill Nighy, and Olivia Olson all returned — but we were certainly missing the likes of Emma Thompson and Alan Rickman (RIP).

First up was Mark (Lincoln) returning with the cue cards. This time, though, he wasn't trying to win Juliet's (Knightley) heart because he is now married to Kate Moss. Then came the return of some cringe-worthy dance moves courtesy of our favorite onscreen prime minister, David (Grant). Instead of grooving to "Jump (For My Love)" by the Pointer Sisters, it's Drake's "Hotline Bling." Then came a surprise reveal for Sarah (Linney), who is now married to Patrick Dempsey.

As mentioned above, this was a part of Red Nose Day — part of a large British charitable organization called Comic Relief, which was started back in 1985. The goal of Red Nose Day, which has taken place every year since 1988, is to raise money to help end child poverty. The celebrations throughout the years have raised more than $1 billion globally, impacted 2,659,642 children in 2016 alone, and helps out in all 50 U.S. states as well as around the globe.

Here's to more pop culture phenomenons that bring back all our favorite things for a good cause.!
