Priorities: Kevin Love Wants To Watch 'Game Of Thrones' Right When It Airs

The guy likes his premium television.

Professional basketball players: they're just like us!

After his Cleveland Cavaliers completed a four-game sweep of the Atlanta Hawks in the second round of the NBA playoffs, Kevin Love wasn't shy about his plans for the rest of the night. Because it was a Sunday and he's "with it" when it comes to pop culture, he was fully aware that HBO's crown jewel Game of Thrones would be airing its third episode of season 6 that evening. In fact, every time he took a shot or went up to grab a ball on his way to 27 points and 13 rebounds, he was probably thinking about what [SPOILER] Jon Snow would be like upon returning from the dead.

So you can excuse him if after a hard day's work all he wanted to do was settle in for a night of premium television. In the postgame interview, he tried to cut the proceedings short in a fair and honorable effort to get to his couch just like every other culturally aware American.

"Game of Thrones is on tonight," he said, with LeBron James and Kyrie Irving laughing next to him. "I'm trying to get home and watch that."

Same, Kevin. Same.
