Jennifer Lopez And Jimmy Fallon Try Dancing Fast To Some Of The Slowest Jams Ever

How do they do it?

Last year, Jennifer Lopez joined Jimmy Fallon in a Dance Battle to improvise some unique moves. This week, the pair tried out yet another dance-themed game, in which they tried to dance quickly to some of the slowest jams of the '70s, as played by The Roots' Questlove.

"Is the object to just dance fast to the slow song, or to dance as fast as you can?" Lopez asked Fallon before they started. The host told her to just dance fast, and that's exactly what she did — to "Three Times a Lady" by The Commodores.

After that, it was Fallon's turn to try out the challenge, which we imagine is something like trying to rub your belly and pat your head at the same time. Questlove played "Babe" by Styx, as the host did the running man, followed quickly by a few Saturday Night Fever moves, and a blink-and-you'll-miss-it Michael Jackson tribute.

The duo ended their challenge by pairing up to dance to none other than "Reunited" by Peaches & Herb — although you wouldn't guess it with the sound off. We can't wait to try this game out at our next get-together, although it will be hard to beat these two.
