Jenna Dewan Tatum Sums Up 'Mom Life' When Her Daughter Interrupts Dance Practice

She doesn't skip a beat.

Jenna Dewan Tatum, a dancer, actress, and mother, recently shared a post on her Instagram account with the caption "mom life" that sums up just how hard mothers work on a daily basis.

In the post, Jenna rehearses with Janet Jackson's dancers for their Hollywood Bowl performance,  Jenna, a fantastic dancer who met her husband, Channing Tatum, in 2006 while filming Step Up, can be seen working on her fast-paced choreography when her daughter, Everly, comes up to her side. Without missing a beat, Jenna turns to her daughter and gives her a hug, managing the interruption like a total pro.

In another post from the show, Jenna shares her thoughts on coming back to perform with Janet Jackson. Jenna performed with the superstar during her "All For You" tour back in 2001 and 2002. Now, she writes:

"Last night was such an incredible moment. Janet asked her 'kids' to come back and perform rhythm nation at the Hollywood Bowl. I dreamt of dancing with her since I was a kid and literally pinched myself every night of the 'All For You' tour. And here I am pinching myself again last night. She created a legacy for her dancers and she personally began my career! It all begins with Jan. Thank you for this, my love!!!"

Let's face it: moms are superheroes.
