Watch These News Anchors Totally Lose It When They Try Their Co-Worker's Artichoke Dip Gone Wrong

“But there’s no vinegar in there!”

Sometimes, the best way get over your #fails is by sharing them with your friends and having a good, long laugh. Even if it means they'll be spitting food out on live TV.

Global News Calgary traffic reporter Leslie Horton shared her very special spinach dip with her co-workers during a segment of the news show, but things didn't go the way you'd expect.

You see, Leslie had originally planned to just bring a store bought fruit cake to her holiday party, but she was convinced to do some cooking herself.

"I've been busy, so I didn't want to make anything, but my family was all freaking out," Horton said. "So they all got together and they sent me this recipe."

The recipe was for a spinach artichoke dip. Easy enough, right? Not for Horton. She passed out crackers covered in the stuff to her co-workers. They spit it out and could not stop laughing at how truly horrible it was.

"At first it was like it's not that bad," meteorologist Jordan Witzel said. "But ... the vinegar."

"But there's no vinegar in there!" Horton said.

A video of the segment on YouTube has quickly gone viral reaching nearly 3 million views to date. It's hard to not laugh at their reactions and smile at the fact that no screw up is that bad if you can share it with your friends.

Luckily, they did finally figure out where Horton went wrong.

Honestly, a great laugh is probably better than any dip anyway.
