Balloon Released At Dad's Grave Shows Up On Family's Doorstep Months Later

They sent a gift to heaven and heaven responded.

When widow Sandy Seibold and her daughter Saige released balloons at the grave of their late husband and beloved father, respectively, they didn't expect to see them again. After all, they were hoping they'd make it to heaven. But then a miracle happened.

On the Father's Day following Johnny Seibold's funeral, the Seibold women visited the grave with balloons and a handwritten message. The Seibold patriarch had passed away from pancreatic cancer.

"We thought the idea of sending balloons to heaven sounded good," Sandy told KFOR.

So the two released their gift to their loved one and headed home 25 miles away in Cement, Okla.

When they arrived home, they spotted something peculiar hanging on their fence ...

The balloon and letter.

It could be a bizarre coincidence, but the Seibolds view it as a sign from above.

"This has given us a lot of peace and good feelings about where he's at," she said.

Miracle, indeed.
