How To Eat Sushi The Right Way

Hint: you don't need chopsticks.

Japanese chef Naomichi Yasuda made this compelling instruction video teaching the world how to actually eat sushi:

Yasuda is the founder of the famous New York sushi restaurant Sushi Yasuda. He's also recently opened a new restaurant in Tokyo, Japan.

Some important things to remember:

1. Use fingers to eat cut sushi rolls.
2. Don't combine ginger and sushi or mix it with soy sauce. Ginger is meant to be eaten in between bites to cleanse the taste buds.
3. When eating a Nigiri sushi (fish on top of rice), dip it into soy sauce fish-side down.
4. Don't shake soy sauce off the sushi.
