"How many times is this going to happen?"

Celebs are real people, too. And just like anyone else, they like to prank people from time to time. Because of their visibility, celebs offer the world great ideas for pranks folks can play on their friends and loved ones. But don't be fooled, you can be pranked, too!

From Ellen DeGeneres to Channing Tatum to Jennifer Lawrence, these celebs sure know how to get a good laugh at the (playful and friendly) expense of unsuspecting individuals.

Check out these 9 celebrity pranks, which may inspire the trickster in you:

1. When Ellen DeGeneres and Adam Levine pranked a deliveryman.

When Adam Levine got in on an Ellen DeGeneres prank, it was hard for the Maroon 5 singer to keep a straight face. But it was the innocent food deliveryman named Izzy who was the butt of their joke. With DeGeneres guiding the prank through an earpiece Levine was wearing, the singer acted as though he couldn't eat anything Izzy delivered, including soup, since he "can only have soft food because of my throat."

2. When Blake Lively paid tribute to her hairstyle instead of husband Ryan Reynolds.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds aren't just one of the hottest couples in Hollywood, they're also one of the funniest. The pair is known for pranking each other while also tricking fans and the public in general. This time around it was the Mrs. who scored a good laugh at the expense of her hubby. After hilarious birthday pranks — Reynolds posted a photo of the lovely couple with Lively nearly cropped out on her birthday and she posted a photo of Ryan Gosling on Reynolds' birthday — the actress was at it again with a funny Instagram pic of her smiling husband with her back to the camera. "If there's one thing I'm infinitely proud of in this picture," she wrote, "it's the incredible hair styling that I did on myself."

3. When Miley Cyrus scared Jimmy Kimmel awake in his own bedroom.

We all love Jimmy Kimmel's annual Halloween candy prank on kids, but when celebs successfully prank the late-night talk show host, it's a sure pee-your-pants moment. After Rihanna and Britney Spears both dropped in on Kimmel in the middle of the night on separate nights to perform their hit songs, it was Miley Cyrus' turn. "How many times is this gonna happen?" Kimmel asked after the singer, along with a few guys in construction vests, and one dressed as an actual wrecking ball, performed her smash hit ballad in his bedroom.

4. When Channing Tatum dressed up and sang like Elvis.

Channing Tatum has played a variety of roles throughout his acting career, but there's one he couldn't wait to play — the King of Rock 'n' Roll, Elvis Presley. The actor posted up in an office building's elevator to surprise workers with a Presley performance. If they played along and rode the elevator with "Elvis" to the top floor, there was a prize ... but not everyone was game.

5. When Norman Reedus glitter-bombed "Walking Dead" co-star Andrew Lincoln.

After a long day in the Georgia heat battling zombies on the set of The Walking Dead, Andrew Lincoln got a sparkly cool shower. His co-star Normal Reedus filled the AC in his car with glitter and Lincoln was sprayed with it the second he turned on the cooling system. "Have a nice ride home in the heat, bro," Reedus said, after having a good laugh.

6. When Jennifer Lawrence walked out of an interview.

Jennifer Lawrence was not about to be the next prank victim on the popular YouTube channel Smosh. Instead, she turned the tables on hosts Anthony Padilla and Ian Hecox, with the help of her Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 co-stars Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, and Smosh superfan Dylan Miceli-Nelson. In the end, Lawrence had the last laugh.

7. When The Rock freaked out Kevin Hart with an eight-legged prop.

Kevin Hart is arguably one of the funniest men around today. So, it's even funnier when the jokes on him. Jumanji co-star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson proved just that when he pranked the comedian on the movie set, making "Kev's worst nightmare" come true. And all it took was one fake spider.

8. When Ellen DeGeneres and Kris Jenner caused a scene at a 99-cent store.

Ellen DeGeneres is the queen of pranks, so she needed more than one spot in this funny lineup. This time around, the daytime talk show host had Kris Jenner join in to cause some commotion at a 99-cent store. The reality TV star followed DeGeneres' specific instructions on the questions to ask the cashier. But first, she had to introduce herself: "Hi, I'm Kris Jenner. I'm a big celebrity."

9. When Adele (tried to) pull one over on her fans.

Who says the musical powerhouse Adele can't pull off a prank from time-to-time? Her fans, that's who. When the British songbird, adorned with a prosthetic nose, tried to trick her superfans and impersonators, the jig was up the second she sang one note into the mic.
