How Does Using Your Cellphone Change You?

What we really need to know.

Despite some badly reported studies, scientists know that cellphones don't cause cancer. But, that doesn't mean that routine use of cellphones and other mobile devices isn't changing us in some way.

As AsapSCIENCE explains, mobile devices provide us with a steady stream of artificial light, which interrupts how our brains perceive our natural sleep/wake cycle, which can have downstream consequences.

While our mothers all told us to sit up straight while we were young, craning our necks to look down at our phones can have some consequences killer for our posture over time.
