Adele Did The Very Most For Her Friends' Wedding, Making Her Total BFF Goals

"She is the kindest, most sweetest, loveliest person ever."

As if we didn't already want to be BFFs with Adele, it was revealed this week that the singer officiated her friends' recent wedding — plus a whole lot more.

The wedding, which took place in January, was between British TV host Alan Carr and his now-husband Paul Drayton. As Carr explained to ITV's This Morning, "She's known me and Paul for ages, and she said, 'I want to do your special day. Let me do everything.'"

"So she did everything," he continued, "and she got ordained, and she married us. She is the kindest, most sweetest, loveliest person ever."

Adele confirmed that she officiated the wedding on Instagram, posting a photo of herself in long white robes against a wall of flowers, and writing, "Seeing as the cats out the bag. I married two of my best friends in January. You know me any excuse to dress up..." She added the hashtag #LoveIsLove.

But Adele did a lot more than just play minister. She also hosted the wedding at her home in Los Angeles, planned the three-course meal and the flowers, sang for the couple's first dance, and later flew them to Las Vegas to see Celine Dion perform.

The one thing Carr didn't reveal is what song Adele sang, but he did say it was "the best day of my life" and shared of his friend, "What you see is what you get," adding that she is "the loveliest, most generous" person. We wouldn't expect anything less.
