100 People Share What They'd Change About Themselves, Reminding Us Nobody's Perfect — And That's OK

Everyone has an insecurity.

As part of Cut Video's series Keep It 100, 100 people of different ages, ethnicities, abilities, religions, and sexualities responded to the question, "What would you change about yourself?"

Their responses were totally unsurprising which is a testament to our shared humanity. A lot of people shared things they would change about their appearance, wishing they were thinner, more fit, taller, shorter, had better teeth, longer hair, bigger breasts, or a different nose. Others would change certain things about their behavior, like to stop interrupting people so often, or to be more communicative about their feelings. Some wished they could be more courageous, less anxious, or more social.

Chances are you can relate to the insecurities one or more of these 100 people have — and that's what makes this video so great. Sure, it's interesting to see people confess the thing they'd want to change about themselves. But it's also nice to be reminded that everyone has something they don't love about themselves. And that's OK.

Our so-called imperfections are what make us who we are. Sometimes, they're things we can work to change, and other times they're things we have to work to accept. But the important thing is that we don't let them hinder us.
