The Way You Move

You Won't Be Able To Take Your Eyes Off The Screen When These Dancers Unleash Their 'Lady Powers' On The Dance Floor

Try not to blink or you'll miss something.

Choreographer Brian Friedman doesn't shy away from dynamic dance routines.

Friedman –– best known for working with artists from Britney Spears to Beyoncé –– recently choreographed moves to Vera Blue's "Lady Powers" for DancerPalooza, a week-long dance festival in North Hollywood.

Dancers from all age groups got together to recreate the moves they learned from a crash course Friedman hosted during the festival. With many of the moves inspired by hip-hop dancing, each dancer energetically flipped, twirled, and made the makeshift dance floor their own. Even Friedman joined in a few routines to take part in the action and guide dancers along to the song.

Watch how each dancer interprets Friedman's moves below:

The Way You Move celebrates dancing and choreography videos that showcase fancy footwork in genres as diverse as ballet, hip-hop, tap, ballroom, and more. Learn a new routine the first Thursday of each month, and throughout the calendar when you get the urge to move.
