Zayn Malik Goes Full Love And R&B In 'Pillowtalk' Video Starring Gigi Hadid

Yes, Gigi Hadid is here, too.

Zayn Malik officially kicked off his post-One Direction solo career late last night, along with more than 230,000 fans.

Yes, a lot of people were very interested in staying up late with Zayn last night for the premiere of his first-ever solo video, "Pillowtalk."

While he may be surprised by the love he is getting, we were blown away by the new Zayn and this awesome, mature direction.

And that's just the first scene!

Zayn (yes, we are only going to refer to him by his first name like the video description on YouTube) described the video for "Pillowtalk as "pure ... dirty and raw" in an interview with The Sunday Times and he was definitely not joking.

The video is literally steamy.

While we do love to focus on art, did we mention Gigi Hadid stars in the video, too?

Besides the provocative visuals, the song itself is really good as well.

It definitely is not a song you ever heard Zayn sing. Instead, it's a slow R&B track that builds up to a big synthy, electric, and drum-heavy chorus that will probably sound insane during his first solo world tour.

As MTV reported, Zayn said of the new song, "I think I'm pretty black and white about what it's about ... Everybody has sex, and it's something people wanna hear about. It's part of everybody's life, a very big part of life!"

With lines like, "So we'll piss off the neighbors / In the place that feels the tears / The place to lose your fears / Yeah, reckless behavior / A place that is so pure, so dirty and raw / Be in the bed all day, bed all day," he is definitely not shying away from anything.

Needless to say, with 2 million views since the video's release last night, he was pretty happy.

Make sure to plug in your headphones and watch Zayn's new video for "Pillowtalk" below.

His debut solo album "Mind Of Mine" hits stores March 25 and we are pleasantly excited to here it.
