Violinist Lindsey Stirling Dances Through A Winter Wonderland In Her 'Carol Of The Bells' Video

Christmas just got epic.

Violinist Lindsey Stirling is back with another epic cover performance, and this time it's a Christmas classic. The YouTube star and former America's Got Talent contestant recently released a dramatic music video in which she performs "Carol of the Bells," complete with backup dancers, glowing Christmas trees, and plenty of snow.

In the video, Stirling — who over the summer performed Selena Gomez's "It Ain't Me" on a mountaintop — plays her violin while dancing gracefully through an abandoned building. Seeing her moves, it's no wonder she was a finalist on the most recent season of Dancing With the Stars.

The Stephen Mallett-directed video's dramatic style, with swirling snow and dancers dressed in flowing blue dresses, matches the song perfectly, with a little extra modern flair. Stirling gave credit on Instagram to choreographer Ashley Gonzales, as well as her dancers.

"You gals have supported me and been there with me all across the world and I'm so lucky to have you,"she wrote

Stirling is currently on tour, and recently released a new Christmas album titled Warmer in the Winter, which features everything from "Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy" to "Jingle Bell Rock," as well as the original tune "Christmas C'mon," featuring Becky G.
