This Singer's Latest 'Voice' Performance Had One Coach Predicting She'll Be In The Finale

"Where’s the ceiling for this girl?"

As you may remember, singer Brooke Simpson's audition to Demi Lovato's "Stone Cold" on this season of The Voice was so good, she turned all four coaches' chairs. Ultimately, the 26-year-old chose to join Miley Cyrus' team, and during Monday night's latest Knockout round, she delivered another incredible performance.

Cyrus paired Simpson with Stephen Marcellus, the only male singer on her team, who performed Shontelle's "Impossible." Simpson, meanwhile, went with the Aretha Franklin classic "(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman," and blew the coaches away with her powerful voice.

Appropriately, one YouTube commenter compared Simpson's performance to Kelly Clarkson's take on the same song during her time on American Idol — Clarkson herself was a key advisor for Simpson during the episode.

According to Gossip Cop, coach Jennifer Hudson preferred Simpson's performance over her former team member Marcellus, saying, "At the end of the day, this show is called The Voice, and that girl right there has got a voice." Adam Levine, meanwhile, told Simpson he would see her in the finale, asking, "Where's the ceiling for this girl?"

In the end, Cyrus chose to stick with Simpson, bringing her team back to all women.
