After 17 Months Apart, These Little BFFs Shared The Longest Hug. The Sweetness Will Rip Your Heart Out.

All the feels.

Life without your best friend right there by your side can be tough, especially when you're a kid. But sometimes that special reunion moment when they finally come back can be worth the wait.

This certainly was the case for two little best friends from military families who shared a special moment after 17 months of being apart. The sweetness was captured on video and shared by the Love Watch Matters Facebook page

Their mothers arranged a surprise visit so the two could get together again.

In the video, there is disbelief. There is shock. And there is lots and lots of hugging. Not to mention, there are tears from those of us watching the special moment.

Clearly all the best friends out there can relate, even if they're not from military families.

Since the video was posted on July 31, it has been viewed over a whopping 2 million times. One Facebook user wrote, "Omg! Just cried my eyes out ... That's the sweetest thing ever! It's the hardest thing ever for your kids to have such great friends then have to move due to a PCS!"

The video captures the quiet joy of seeing someone you care about after months of not seeing them. And it makes you want to go hug your BFF right now.
