On Thursday, March 12 Will Ferrell took the field for 10 different MLB teams.
Will Ferrell pulled off the incredible stunt for theYouTube channel "Funny Or Die", which will be airing a special on HBO.
However, Ferrell didn't go through this tumultuous day all for comedy. He was also raising awareness and money for cancer research and treatment.
Proceeds from the auctioned-off memorabilia will go to Cancer For College and Stand Up To Cancer.
Robert D. Manfred, the MLB commissioner, said in a press release, "Spring training affords an appropriate setting where our game can serve as the backdrop for an event that will benefit organizations that fight cancer."
His goal for the day was to play for 10 teams and play every position.
He played for the Oakland Athletics, Seattle Mariners, Arizona Diamondbacks, Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, Los Angeles Angels, Los Angeles Dodgers, Cincinnati Reds, San Francisco Giants and San Diego Padres.
