Touching Video Reveals What A Child With Cancer Really Knows About What's Happening To Her
Zofeya has battled brain cancer.
Although September is Childhood Cancer Awareness month, cancer never takes a vacation. Neither do the advocates spreading child cancer awareness – usually the parents – and among them is Noemi Dorgu.
According to The Huffington Post, her 5-year-old daughter Zofeya was diagnosed with a type of brain tumor called a medulloblastoma when she was 4. Dorgu has kept a blog of Zofeya's journey, but in a Facebook post this week, she thought she'd finally get Zofeya's thoughts on the whole situation.
It's spectacular how much information kids can absorb, but also how they exert strength, too. Oh, and as of November 24, Zofeya is offically in remission.
