Dr. Charles Eugster is a retired dentist who just broke the world record for the 200 meter run for his age bracket. The catch? He's 95 years old.
According to TODAY, he completed the run in 55.48 seconds, beating the previous record in the 95 and over category by more than two seconds.
Eugster started working out at age 85 and in 2013 told the Telegraph, "I hoped getting fit would stop me aging. It was pure vanity, really."
He now goes on to compete in the World Masters Championships.
You go, Dr. Eugster!
