It's Hard Enough To Make A One-Handed Football Catch. Now Try It While Doing A Backflip!

That's just unbelievable.

There are sports highlights and then there are sports highlights that make you rethink everything.

That's exactly what these two athletes make your brain do when you witness these utterly ridiculous catches.

We've seen some spectacular plays in the NFL from guys like Odell Beckham Jr., Dez Bryant and Calvin Johnson.

However, we don't see that breathtaking touch of magnificence at junior levels quite too often.

That's not to say they don't happen, but these two catches are going to have some pro wide receivers saying, "Well, I gotta top that!"

The first one-handed back flip catch comes courtesy of 16-year-old cornerback Marco Wilson from Florida.

That's right! Just 16! What!?!

One-handed catches are one thing, but a one-handed catch, while in the middle of a backflip is just....

Yeah, our minds are blown.

We really need to get away from our desks more and work on our dexterity.

The second one-handed catch comes from running back and college football player Tarik Cohen.

One ball just isn't enough for Cohen. He decided to try and pull this off with two footballs.

Cuz ya know, why not when you can do it?

Check this out!!

We'll just let Carlos Boozer express how we feel about this one.

Cohen has also taken notice of the internet's astonishment and is having some fun himself. Check out his page for more ridunkulous catches.

Momma we almost there . 😂 #BabySteps @espn @sportscenter #ThanksToEveryoneWhoTaggedEm
