A 'Hamilton As Dogs' Twitter Exists, And It's Here To Save You From Lin-Manuel Miranda Withdrawal

Some heroes don't wear capes. They wear collars.

If you didn't see Lin-Manuel Miranda play Alexander Hamilton in his Tony Award-winning musical before his final performance this Saturday, you can take solace in seeing him as a dog ... on Twitter.

The "hamilton as dogs" Twitter account emerged on January 5 and has since gained over 10,000 followers, including LMM himself

It's just as paw-esome as it sounds. A photographic genius, @amberdefeng, has paired on- and off-stage pictures of the Hamilton cast with their canine counterparts.

The results are funny, flawless, and just what any fan needs after Miranda's heartfelt goodbye at yesterday's #Ham4Ham lottery

On July 9, Miranda will take his final bow — wow wow. While many are sad to see him go, there's no better way to cope than looking at TONS of dog pictures:

Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear collars.

Many more pictures of "america's favorite fighting frenchman's founding father friend's feline's fears" can be found and viewed for hours on end at @hamiltonasdogs

Dog bless America.
