Let This Video Motivate The Crap Out Of You

"Sweating like a pig, feeling like a fox."

A treadmill is no catwalk. Still, many women feel insecure about their appearance during a workout, which isn't fun. No person should be judged for their wish to stay healthy and fit.

To support and celebrate this notion, Sport England developed "This Girl Can," a national campaign that empowers women to do "their thing no matter how well they do it, how they look or even how red their face gets."

"Fear of judgement is stopping many of us from taking part in exercise. This Girl Can is here to inspire women to wiggle, jiggle, move and prove that judgement is a barrier that can be overcome," states the campaign's website.

The campaign features normal, real-life women and leaves all the madnesss of flat bellies and thigh gaps behind. All the ladies for "This Girl Can" were casted in local gyms and have interesting backgrounds of their own (find their stories here).

"It's about women and how they overcome normal challenges. You will see cellulite — there is no idealised, stylised vision," Executive Director Tanya Joseph told The Huffington Post UK.

The campaign also comes with some brilliantly-written catchphrases, like "I jiggle therefore I am" and "I kick balls, deal with it," along with tips on how to jumpstart the habit to excercise.
