Here's What Happens When You Drink Ten Cokes A Day For A Month

Ever wonder what would happen to your body if you only drank soda?
Wonder no more.
George Prior, a 50-year-old from Los Angeles, documented himself drinking ten cans of Coca-Cola a day for an entire month to see how it would affect him.
Here he is at day one looking toned, happy and energetic.
Two weeks into his experiment, Prior's face looks swollen, his body fat has increased by over 50%, and he's gained 13 lbs.
By the end of the month, Prior is a changed man, at least physically.
In 30 days of drinking ten cans of Coke a day, he gained 23 lbs, he's low on energy, and his blood pressure soared from 129/77 to 145/96.
He has also developed intense cravings for sugar and constantly has to go to the bathroom.
The goal of Prior's experiment was "to raise awareness about how much sugar you drink every day, and to remind you how unhealthy it is."
As he writes on his website: "Maybe it's not all coke, but they're all sugar drinks, and a big percentage of Americans drink at least the sugar equivalent of my ten Cokes."
So let this be a lesson to those soda (and juice) lovers out there. Think before you drink. Just look at what 300 cokes did to this guy's body in just one month.
