One of the more frustrating things about furnishing a baby's room is knowing that you'll have to furnish it again in just a few years. And again a few years after that. For that reason, spending money (and time) to find the perfect crib, can feel like a huge expense.
Kids grow up so fast and, luckily for parents, now their furniture can too.
The furniture company Stone & Leigh, an offshoot of Stanley Furniture Company, has created a "Built to Grow" collection of cribs that can actually convert into a day bed and full-sized bed. Your kid will be set from babyhood to the teenage years, and even after that, if they're still living with you.
The cribs are all priced around $699 and come in a variety of styles and 10 different finishes, including cherry, cream, and grey.
It's also worth mentioning that these cribs are certified to meet the Greenguard Gold standard for indoor air quality and have been tested to meet the highest standards of tip-over prevention. Parents can rest easy knowing that their kids can too, safely and healthily.
