Sim Bhullar is ENORMOUS!
ESPN lists the Sacramento Kings center as 7-foot-5 and 360 pounds, which makes him one of the tallest ballers in NBA history.
However, in addition to being the human version of Mount Everest, Bhullar is the first NBA player of Indian descent.
"I think I could do for basketball in India what Yao Ming did in China, be a role model for kids, open their eyes, and help them make the jump," Bhullar told publication The Globe And Mail.
His road to the NBA wasn't easy, though.
Bhullar went undrafted out of New Mexico State and was playing in the NBA's feeder D-league with the Reno Bighorns.
After a string of successes, he was called up to the big club.
"For me to be successful at the Sacramento Kings, I have to prove myself in these 10 days," Bhullar told Yahoo News. "If I do manage to prove myself I hope to extend my stay here. At this point, I am just happy that Sacramento gave me a chance to play and I hope to prove them right."
