Here's What 'Lovefool' Would Have Sounded Like If It Was Made In The '40s

"Love me! Love me! Say that you love me."

Postmodern Jukebox is "an alternate universe of pop music," and a talented band with over 1 million subscribers on their YouTube channel.

In the spirit of earlier eras, the band takes our favorite pop songs and puts them through a time machine to create covers with more vintage vibes. And their latest cover of "Lovefool" by The Cardigans, transforms one of the biggest hits from 1996 and sends it all they way back to the '40s.

Haley Reinhart, an "American Idol" alumni, leads this cover alongside harp and saxophone players, a pianist and other musicians.

From the second you hear her voice, you'll know this version of "Lovefool" is a gem.
