Back in March, we found out that we, along with almost everyone else, have been singing Hanson's smash hit "MMMBop" wrong for the past twenty years. (Whoops!).

Hanson members Issac, Taylor and Zac broke it down for Vulture: "People can't sing the chorus right. Most of the time they syncopate it wrong," Isaac said.

"Someone needs to either make it totally their own in a genuinely unique way, or it needs to be a band that has a sensibility for old R&B," Taylor added.

And though that's certainly a difficult task, Postmodern Jukebox, a music collective that puts their own vintage twists on popular songs, just accomplished Hanson's vision with their own 1950s doo-wop cover of "MMMBop."

In fact, after Postmodern Jukebox released the cover to their YouTube channel, Hanson took notice, tweeting:

"First good 'MMMbop' cover ever! -Z"

Adding later:

Boom.
