This Band Defying Gravity In Their Music Video Left Us Floored

Gravity waves.

OK Go ranks in the upper echelon of music video creators.

Michael Jackson, Madonna, Aerosmith, Janet Jackson ... and most definitely OK Go.

Ever since the band's "Here It Goes Again" clip, in which the quartet performed an intricate routine while simultaneously walking on treadmills, we've been in awe of their work and paying close attention to their ongoing collection of astounding visuals.

Today came "Upside Down & Inside Out," the lead track from their 2014 album, Hungry Ghosts.

In the clip, the band seemingly defies gravity!

"What you are about to see is real. We shot this in zero gravity, in an actual plane, in the sky. There are no wires or green screen," reads the text at the beginning of the video.

And that's but one of the tricks performed in the clip ...

How frickin' cool is that?

Though not entirely free of gravity's grasp — and even though we may have figured out how they pulled off the amazing aerials — "Upside Down & Inside Out" is still a masterpiece for OK Go, who seem reluctant to let a music video opportunity be anything but extraordinary.
