A recent post featuring New Zealand police officers jamming to their own beat in an elevator has gone viral and brought smiles to the faces of thousands.
In a video uploaded to the New Zealand Police Recruitment page on Facebook, members of the force are seen through the lens of a security camera boarding an elevator. Once inside, they tap the walls, shimmy their shoulders, and otherwise make and react to the music they create inside the elevator.
The clip was created as part of the force's Beyond the Blue campaign, which strives to show the public a lighter side of the police squad.
If this video is any indication, we'd call the campaign a success, as it's been shared on Facebook nearly 13,000 times.
