"You can only look at it once, right?"
If you're a millennial, you're probably all too familiar with the feelings that come with trying to teach our parents about today's latest technology.
Though some parents may have mastered popular smart phone apps like Instagram, Facebook, and FaceTime, how would moms fare in the Snapchat world?
In a recent BuzzFeed video, we find out.
"I'm here to learn," one mom says.
In the video, moms learn about taking selfies, setting Snapchat profile pictures, using geotags, adding text, and adding color.
And when it comes to setting a time limit for their photos, one mom thinks ten seconds is her best bet.
"We're older people and our eyes have to adjust and sometimes it takes a little longer," she says.
Finally, the moms try out the "crazy face filters" and face swapping — and it's priceless.
"Snapchat really has so much more application — I thought it was just you snapped on that little funny looking man and you saw a picture," one mom concludes.
In the end, this hilarious experiment proves that Snapchat could be a great opportunity for a little mother-and-child bonding and to create memories millennials will remember for more than ten seconds.
