After 19 Years Of Marriage, He Sent His Ex-Wife This Touching Message The Day Their Divorce Settled

"I have never cried so hard over 4 simple words."

After 19 years of marriage, Jason and his wife finalized their divorce on Nov. 3.

Their daughter, Morgan Lynn, then shared a photo to Twitter featuring a bouquet of flowers and a note her father sent her mother that day. The note read: "Always Gonna Be You. Jason."

Later, in a series of tweets, Lynn revealed the meaning behind the gesture: when her mother was having a bad day, her father would send her flowers. As for the note, "Always Gonna Be You" is the title of a Kenny Chesney song, and Lynn's father sent it to his ex to say "this is our finale."

The tweets have garnered both support and sympathy from the social community, with people sending notes like "I don't know *their* reason, but .. I divorced someone I will always love and admire. Together we just weren't it," and "been going through it since I was [one], so I feel you. I know I'm a stranger, but if you need to vent, I'm ya girl."

Lynn tells The Huffington Post that fortunately, she and her family have found comfort in knowing that there is no hate between her parents.

"My family is all still pretty close," she says.

We're sending positive vibes their way.
