Little Girl Reflects On Her Boy Problems, Doesn't Want To Break Any Hearts

"I guess I'll just tell him it's time to break up."

Quinn Heffernan is wise beyond her years. She may only be 5 years old, but her mother, Sloane, describes her as "5 going on 25!"

To show us what she means, Sloane posted a video of her daughter talking about her boy troubles during a car ride home from preschool.

In the video, Quinn begins by confessing she might be too young to have a boyfriend and then starts talking about how she should react to feeling "different" about one boy in particular.

Watch Quinn discuss her feelings in the video below.

"It's just... I don't want to break his heart."

As Quinn talks through her feelings, her mom asks what she's going to do about the situation. Quinn replies, "I guess I'll just tell him it's time to break up."

*Sigh*

In an interview with People, Sloane says her little girl's troubles started after a boy recently pursued her. Normally it wouldn't be an issue, but according to Sloane, "she has this boyfriend who she claims she's already kissed on the playground." Uh oh!

Sloane also tells People that apparently Quinn had been keeping this little secret from her for some time. "According to her, she broke up with the first little boy and said 'I should have told you this a long time ago!' "

Many left comments on the Facebook video in awe of Quinn and her troubles. "I'm at a loss for words," wrote one commenter. While another wondered if Quinn could give out advise, "I need some boy advise....is Quinn available to talk later??"

If only all problems with boys were as innocent as this.
