Lil Wayne has himself a big fan in the football world. The former coach of the San Francisco 49ers and new coach of the Michigan Wolverines, Jim Harbaugh, sent Wayne a custom Wolverines jersey over the weekend, complete with an autograph and note of appreciation.
Harbaugh wrote, "To Wayne, proud to be a fan of yours, Go Blue!" on the blue jersey, which has "Lil Wayne" and the No. 1 stitched onto the back. Wayne performed in Ann Arbor Friday night, so the timing to convert him to a Michigan bandwagon fan likely isn't a coincidence. Harbaugh tweeted out a picture of the rapper with two former Wolverine quarterbacks: Denard Robinson and Jack Kennedy. Robinson is now a running back on the Jacksonville Jaguars, while Kennedy has joined the rap game — he even opened for Wayne at the Ann Arbor show.
Wayne dropped a new single, "Glory," out of nowhere earlier this month, whereas Harbaugh has been gearing up for his first season as Michigan coach by engaging actively with rappers and the youth alike on Twitter — in March he also tweeted out an image of himself wearing a hat given to him by G-Eazy.

Keep it real, Jim.
