A couple in Iceland were surprised to receive a letter from some tourists who visited their horse farm ... because instead of their address, a map was drawn on the envelope.
According to Skessuhorn. Is, Rebecca Ostenfeld received the letter from a grateful tourist who drew a map accurate enough for Icelandic postal authorities to deliver it to her door.
The letter, posted to Reddit by Redditor Jidoen, has a hand-drawn map with some simple instructions and details provided in English. It reads:
"Country: Iceland. City: Búðardalur. Name: A horse farm with an Icelandic/Danish couple and three kids and a lot of sheep!" In the corner, it also notes that "the Danish woman works in a supermarket in Búðardalur."
They actually did a pretty good job. With the help of Google Maps, we were able to locate at least two possible horse farms.
