Today, the beloved American actor, Leonard Nimoy, known for his portrayal of Spock in the legendary TV show, "Star Trek," passed away at 83.
As an actor, Nimoy has also appeared in "Star Trek Into Darkness," "Transformers: Dark of the Moon," "The Big Bang Theory," and "Becker," to name a few.
Additionally, Nimoy was a photographer, a writer, a supporter of the arts, a husband, a father and a grandfather.
And the New York Times quotes Nimoy saying, "Given the choice, if I had to be someone else, I would be Spock."
