Watch This Tennessee Woman Explain Why 'Leggings Ain't Pants.' You're Welcome.

Preach, lady, preach.

When it comes to leggings, people get pretty opinionated. Some call them a complete fashion disaster, others praise them for being the comfiest clothing item ever invented. But Jamie Higdon Randolph, a woman from Cleveland, Tennessee, is on a mission to explain, once and for all, that while sure as hell leggings are great, they should not be mistaken as pants.

"I don't care if you don't like leggings. Don't judge me — they are comfortable [...]," she explains into the camera. "Some of you people like to use leggings as breeches, as PANTS pants. That ain't how they're supposed to be worn."

And Randolph is just getting started. Watch the entire video below.

She might be preaching straight out a parking lot and filming vertically, but some of the arguments she makes are pretty on point. That being said, you should always do you and wear whatever makes you feel good — be it leggings as pants, skimpy skirts once you're over 40 or socks with sandals.
