Kurashiki Central Hospital in Japan is using a novel approach to test medical students who might be considering becoming surgeons. 

The stressful testing process is three-fold and all tests are performed under a time limit.

First, the students must make tiny origami sculptures.

Then they must reassemble a preserved insect.
