3 Desk Workouts To Get A Quick Exercise Break At Work

When you've got a long day of work ahead, it can be hard to push yourself to go to the gym And when you've worked a long day at the office, it can be even harder to take on a nighttime exercise routine. 

So what's a hard-working individual to do?

In a video for Glamour magazine, featuring fitness guru and Instagram sensation Kayla Itsines, viewers learn three quick and easy workout moves that can be done within the confines of a cubicle. Using a chair (without wheels!) these moves work your arms, abs, and more, so that you can get back to work.

This routine is both ideal for short-term workout goals, but it's important to remember to move your body throughout the workday for more long-term purposes. In fact, a sedentary lifestyle has been associated with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, blood clots, and more. 

That said, use these moves to get your body moving throughout the day, and don't forget to add in other forms exercise to your workday, like walking outside or taking the stairs.
