Justin Bieber sadly announced last month that he would be canceling all of his meet-and-greets for the remainder of his tour.
He said that because he absorbs so much spiritual energy from the people he meets, he feels "drained" and "emotionally exhausted to the point of depression."
He expressed how sorry he was to have to cancel the meet-and-greets on the remainder of his Purpose Tour, but had to out of concerns for his mental health.
However, there was one meet-and-greet with Sarina Costanzo that Bieber decided not to cancel.
With help from the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the 14-year-old Costanzo — who suffers from cystic fibrosis — was able to meet Bieber and exchange some kind words backstage.
Costanzo credits Bieber's music for giving her strength to keep going and told Fox 4 KC that upon meeting him, she "was shaking so much." She added, "I just couldn't believe that my role model is right in front of me!"
She also got a special kiss from Bieber, who took a bunch of selfies with her, too.
When she began crying, Bieber let her cry on his shoulder. She said, "he rocked me back and forth, and he was like, 'Aww, don't cry!' "
She also shared some "new stuff from babe" on Facebook.
