New Jordan 1 Shoes Are Set To Hit Shelves, And They Are The Most Expensive Yet

The new Jordan 1 kicks are coming, and they are a new breed of sneaker.

Nike's product launch calendar announced that the $400 black and metallic gold Air Jordan 1 "Pinnacles" will hit stores at May 30 at 10 a.m., alongside the "Chicago" Jordan 1 O.G. 

At $400, these will be the highest priced Jordan 1 shoes ever available to consumers. 

It's no secret Jordans are hot right now. Even Nicki Minaj is sporting some:

But these have a more low-key flavor:

They're being branded as an "off-court" style, and for good reason: You probably wouldn't want to scuff up kicks made of snake skin, caviar leather and 24 karat gold accents.
