Jimmy Fallon continues to remind us that the holidays don't have to be picture-perfect to be memorable. From disastrous decorations to questionable gifts, the Tonight Show host has shared his viewers' funniest tweets about the most wonderful time of the year.
This week, his chosen hashtag was #MyDumbTradition. Fallon challenged his Twitter followers to share their family's silliest traditions around the holidays, and the results were anything but dumb. They may be unconventional, but they serve as a reminder that there's no wrong way to celebrate this time of year — as long as you're with those you love.
Viewers shared stories of Christmas treadmills, contests to see who ate the most at dinner, and even "edibles" from Grandma. And what about those kids whose houses didn't have a chimney for Santa Claus to arrive through? One family had a rather unusual solution.
"We didn't have a fireplace or a chimney growing up, so at our house Santa 'came up the toilet,' " shared @palevell. As you might imagine, Fallon and his announcer Steve Higgins had plenty of fun with that one.
Check out some of our favorites that didn't make the cut below, starting with one from the host himself:
